Where do you ship?

Please see the map at left. The purple zone indicates the areas we can ship to within one day while keeping our shipping rates reasonable.

When will I get my delivery?

We ship orders on Wednesday each week (NOTE: we will be closed the week of August 3, so no shipments will go out on 8/6). If you need your food by a certain date please indicate this at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. If certain items are not ready in time for your required delivery date we will contact you about a substitution, or refund those missing items.

Will my food arrive frozen?

We have made every effort to ensure your food will arrive frozen. However, certain items are more susceptible to thawing during transit, including breads, kebabs, cutlets, chicken nuggets/meatballs, pate, and any other items that are not liquids. Our broths, stews, soups, and meat sauces stay frozen longest. If anything has thawed during transit you can refreeze or refrigerate for immediate use.

Can I get a shipment outside the purple zone?

Please contact us with your address before placing an order for delivery outside the purple zone. We will let you know the shipping rate. You will need to order only pint or quart containers (soups, stews, broths) and breads; no small perishable items like chicken nuggets, pate, or meatballs which thaw more quickly. We will not send any shipments that will take more than 2 days to arrive.

What size orders require two shipping containers?

Please place orders totaling no more than $400 at checkout. If your order is larger it will be best to enter it as two separate orders, with $50 shipping fee on each. If we are able to fit everything into one container we will refund the additional shipping fee.
