Grass-fed/pasture-raised beef knuckle bones, marrow bones, and oxtail. Spring water, yellow onions, ginger, organic anise star, organic cloves, organic cinnamon sticks, organic fennel seeds, Red Boat fish sauce (anchovies, salt), organic apple cider vinegar, and Redmond Real Salt.
